HOW TO USE: Apply your chosen shades wet or dry directly onto the eyelid. Start with lighter colours and build up darker colours towards the outer corner of the eye. To apply the product wet, do not apply water directly onto the product. Instead, dampen the bristles of the new Down to Earth brush with a damp tissue.
